If I have to buy Herbs????

So I am making some recipes for a Super Bowl party that needed fresh parsley. When I am to buy fresh herbs, I make an effort to get the most from them. So they are are my center pieces for my table. I cut off the ends and put them in fresh water in my antique Ball Jars. Easy simple, and I think beautiful.
