Roasted Vegtables.

I have been into roasting vegetables. I am a French Fry fanatic. So with my effort to lose weight, the fries have to go. So I have been roasting vegetables.

The photo is roasted carrots and parsnips. Plus I added broccoli stems peeled and cut into strips. The result was wonderful. I just added some good sea salt, pepper and some fun herbs. They did satisfy my carvings.
