Happy President Snow Day

Yesterday was Presidents Day February 16th. No big happenings planned for the Kirts household but Mother Nature had an overriding event planned. She sure knows how to get attention.

We received close to a foot of snow. Schools closed again today. Maybe more snow tonight.

 

I actually love the snow. It covers up some of the brown ugliness and protects the bulbs that are poking out of the ground. Hopefully it will insulate some of the plants from the next blast of artic air just around the corner.

 

So did I mention I am ready for Spring!!
